CTC                :             Rs.5  Rs.7 lacs

 

 

 

1.CREATING SALES ORDER IN SAP

2.CREATING DELIVERY ORDER IN SAP

3.CREATING CREDIT / SALES RETURN CREDIT NOTES / DEBIT NOTES IN SAP.

4.CUSTOMER CODE CREATION / CHANGES IN SAP.

5.CREATING WEEKLY SALES REPORTS IN SAP SUBMIT SALES TEAM.

6.CREAATING PURCHASE ORDER (NON - TMS) IN SAP IF ANY SHIPMENTS COST NOT UPDATED  IN SAP.

7.TRACKING FINISHED GOODS ATP CHECK UP FOR EACH SALE ORDERS IN SAP.

8.TRANSPORT BILLS ENTRY SHEET VERIFYING IN SAP AND SUBMIT FREIGHT BILLS TO ACCOUNTS SSC TEAM.

9.CUSTOMER OUTSTANDING REPORT TRACKING AND FOLLOWING WITH CUSTOMER COLLECTING PAYMENTS

10.TRACKING DAILY BASIS INVOICING, CREDIT & DEBIT NOTES UPDATION IN SAP.

11.CREDIT & OUTSTANDING BLOCKED SALES ORDERS FOLLOWING WITH SSC TEAM DISPATCH THE STOCKS.

DOMESTIC LOGISTICS JOB DETAILS IN  NON SAP SOFTWARE - MDM :

12.COLLECTING THE CUSTOMER CODE CREATION LETTERS & STATUTORY FORMS FROM CUSTOMERS.

13.CREATING CUSTOMER CODE REQUEST IN MDM SOFTWARE.

14.TRACKING IN MDM SOFTWARE MODIFICATIONS / PENDING REQUEST FOLLOWING WITH MDM TEAM - CHINA

15.ONCE SUBMIT ROLLING QUARTER SALES PLAN BY SALES TEAM PREPARED DAY WISE DISPATCH PLAN & SUBMIT TO ARKEMA TEAM MEMBERS.

16.AS PER DAY WISE DISPATCH PLAN EBITDA FILE AND SUBMITTING WITH HIGH AUTHORITIES.

17.FOLLOWING WITH PRODUCTION TEAM GETTING STOCKS & DISPATCH TO CUSTOMERS.

18.TRADED PRODUCT ARRIVAL & FOLLOW UP WITH STORES TEAM REPACKING & DISPATCH THE STOCKS TO CUSTOMERS.

19.FOLLOWING WITH TRANSPORTERS PLACE THE TRUCK ON CORRECT DATE & TIME.

20.DOMESTIC REEFER TRUCKS DISPATCH PLANNING & DISPATCHING AS PER RELIANCE & OTHER CUSTOMER ETA DATES.

 OTHER ACTIVITIES:

 

21.GOING TO CUSTOMER PLACE AUDITING WAREHOUSE AND SAFETY PARTY

22.NEGOTING TRANSPORTERS FREIGHT CHARGES SIGNING THE CONTRACTS.

23:Meeting with Prdouction Team / Stores Team / QC Team and Supply Chain Manager Daily Basis

24.Visiting to Plant for Stocks Planning / Supply Chain

25.Visiting to Customer Place for Accounts Reconcilation
